Completed in March 2019 the 5 Story mixed use GILT Building in George Town on the waterfront at 226 North Church St. I personally oversaw, hands on, the construction from start to finish and taking the building through CO. Working directly with the subcontractors from structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, window, package, tiling, and all the finishing. As well as the interior design and furnishings, I was there for every step to completion.
Since this project, I have been involved with other mixed-use properties in Florida overseeing their renovation and occupancy. From getting bids on roofing, mechanical and exterior renovations and oversight on the work with the subcontractors and their employees. Direct direct oversight for quality control of outcome as well as payments through completion. Also, working with the tenant placement and lease agreements.
